Founders, CEOs and C-levels of companies in growth or transformation stages. We prioritize organizations with established teams and a genuine willingness to change.
How long does the program last?+
Six months per cohort. Twelve 1:1 sessions plus four group meetings. The timeline is deliberate — transformation does not happen in a quarter.
How many spots per cohort?+
A maximum of eight leaders per cohort. The limit guarantees depth in each session and density in group exchanges.
When does the next cohort open?+
We open two cohorts per year. Apply when you can and we will contact you with the next available window.
